THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The proposal is to reinstate 16 & 18 High Town by reconstructing the two ground floor retail shops and creating circulation space with a lift and staircases behind the retail to access 10 apartments.   From East Street there is a covered car access way through to the inner courtyard and 7 no. one bedroom flats and a new build former cottage off the courtyard and 12 East Street.
